流动注射-抑制化学发光测定硫糖铝的方法研究

摘　　要：提出了一种用于疏糖铝质量监测的流动注射-抑制化学发光分析方法。它是基于在碱性条件下,硫糖铝对ClO—Lumi-nol的化学发光有显著抑制作用。方法的线性范围为5.0×10—7～1.0×10—5g/mL;检测限(3σ)为1.6×10—7g/mL;RSD为1.6％(硫糖铝1.0×10—6g/mL,n=11);采样频率为200次/h。方法用于药剂中硫糖铝的测定,其结果与药典法一致,回收率为99.5％～101.3％。A novel flow injection inhibitory chemiluminescence's system for the determinate of sucralfate was presented. While a volume of sucralfate mixed with a volume of ClO- by the fast oxidation reaction between su- cralfate and ClO-,ClO- was generated,which then inhibited the CL reaction of ClO-and luminol in alkaline aque- ous solution. The CL emission was correlated with the sucralfate concentration in the range 5.0×10—7～1.0× 10—5g/mL ; the detection limit was (3σ)1.6×10—7g/mL;the relative standard deviation was 1.5%(Sucralfate 1.0×10—6g/mL, n =11 ); a sampling frequency of 200^(h-1) was attained.
