摘  要:描述了一台新颖的测量加速器磁铁和插入件三维磁场分布的高精度特斯拉计。它由三维正交的磁场传感器探杆,温度探头,恒流源,HP34970A多通道数据采集器和PC机组成。软件采用LabVIEW编写,独有的软件温度补偿和非线性校正算法使仪器能够被校正到±100μ特斯拉的精度。上海原子核研究所(SINR)的核磁共振仪和校正磁铁能够把仪器校正的上限是1特斯拉。A high precision-system for measuring the three-dimensional distribution of magnetic fields over large volumes,such as those produced by accelerator magnets and the undulator device,has been designed and commis- sioned. The meter consists of a triaxial magnetic field transducer, a temperature sensor, a constant current source,a HP34970A data acquisition/switch unit and PC. Both the hardware and calibration software are inven- tions of SINR,the software include temperature and nonlinearity compensation. SINR also performs the calibra- tion. This instrument can be calibrated to a precision of ± 100μT for magnetic fields of up to 1T by means of an NMR system.
