摘  要:介绍了秦山核电二期工程国产化棒控、棒位系统的主要功能、设计过程,设备制造以及设备的安装与调试等过程,取得的经验和解决的问题或需要完善的地方。通过现场调试和试验运行表明,系统和设备都达到了设计要求和指标。功能正确,电流波形好,满足了秦山核电二期工程的要求。同时为将来新电站国产化棒控、棒位系统的设计和设备提供了宝贵的经验和可鉴之处。This paper presents the main function and the design process for the rod control and rod position system developed by China and used in Qinshan Phase II NPP Project and the manufacture, installation and commissioning of the equipment. This paper also presents experiences gained, problem solved and items to be improved. The commissioning test and commercial operation indicate that all the systems and equipment have satisfied the design requirements and targets. The function is correct and the current waveform is good. System satisfies the engineering requirements of Qinshan phase II nuclear power plant. It provides valuable experiences and references for the future design and the manufacturing of this system for new nuclear power plants in China.
