摘  要:采用水解酸化-活性污泥-物化工艺联合处理含碱减量印染生活综合污水,采取预曝气、污泥回流和分级沉淀等措施,CODcr去除率约为89.1%,脱色效果达86%,最终出水水质达到《纺织染整工业污染物排放标准》(GB4287-92)规定的二级排放标准。运行结果表明:该工艺具有耐冲击负荷能力强,剩余污泥量少,难降解有机物去除率高等优点,在含碱减量印染废水处理中具有实用性。Textile printing and dyeing wastewater containing alkali - minimization dyeing wastewater and municipal sewage is treated by hydrolytic acidification - activated sludge - coagulation process. Some steps such as pre - aeration, return sludge, grade sedimentation and so on have been taken. The CODcr removal rate is about 89. 1 % , the efficiency on decolourization can reach 86 % . The end effluent quality meets the requirement of grade 2,discharge standards for contamination of textile printing and dyeing industry (GB4287-92) .The running results show that it is of advantages for less residual sludge, stronger impact load endurance and high removal efficiency on refractory organisms , and it has applicability in the treatment of textile printing and dyeing wastewater contains alkali - minimization dyeing wastewater.
