建立数字舌图信息库是进行中医诊断学理论创新的基础

摘　　要：中医诊断学认为 :疾病的本质是阴阳、气血、津液失去调和 ,具体体现为阴阳气血津液的寒热、虚实、燥湿等病理状态。舌的变化能够反映出体内的寒热、虚实、燥湿等病变 ,因此被视为人体脏腑健康与否的一面镜子。运用计算机技术、数码技术和图像处理技术对中医舌诊进行研究是当前的发展方向 ,建立数字舌图信息库不仅是为了满足中医临床研究的需要 ,也是中医诊断学进行理论创新的基础。It's believed on diagnostic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine that the essence of disease is disorder of Yinyang, Qixue and Jinye which produces all kinds of pathologic states such as coldness and heat, deficiency and excessiveness. Tongue is regarded as a mirror to reflect healthly state of boby since it brings information on colness and heat, deficiency and excessiveness, dryness and humidness and other pathologic changes. Nowadays, research on tongue diagnisis is processed by computer. digital and image processing technology, so it's necessary to set up digital lingua image database not only to meet demand of clinic research but to innovate upon diagnostic theory of TCM.
