摘  要:采用面向对象技术的思想建立桥式起重机系统模型,自然的刻划桥式起重机对象及各种性能分析方法,以该对象为核心组装构造系统,使系统的构建更显合理。该系统的开发基于Auto CAD2000,以VC和ObjectARX为开发工具,进行了起重机参数化设计系统的研究,实现了通用桥式起重机的设计计算及常用零部件的使用选择,并可自动输出设计文档,进行参数化绘图。为工程设计人员提供了新的设计环境,提高了工作效率,缩短了设计周期,有效地改善了设计质量。This paper establishes overhead crane system model by adopting ideas from objected-oriented technology to demonstrate naturally overhead crane object and diversified performance analytic methods, and takes this object as the core to assemble and construct system so as to make the system more reasonable. This system is based on the platform of AutoCAD2000, and crane' s parametric design system is studied by integrating VC with Object ARX, which realizes cranes' design and computation and select of standard parts and components in common use, and the document of design is exported automatically to finish parametric graph. This system provides new design environment for engineering designers and the work efficiency is enhanced. At the same time, the design period is shortened and the design quality is effectively improved.
