摘　　要：随着市场经济的发展,现代物流对区域经济的影响越来越大。作为我国西南地区和长江上游最大的经济中心和重要的物资集散地,重庆具有发展现代物流的优越条件。分析了重庆的经济和物流业现状,论述了在重庆发展区域性物流中心的必要性,特别是其带来的经济和社会效益。With the development of market economy, modern material circulation exercises greater and greater influences on regional economy. Chongqing, the biggest economic center in both the southwestern areas of China and the upper reaches of Yangtze River, possesses superior conditions of developing modern material circulation. Analyzing the actual state of economy and material circulation, this paper discusses the necessity, especially the economic results and social effect, of developing regional distribution centers in Chongqing.
