试论大学科技园的发展战略

摘　　要："大学科技园"作为"科技园"中的一个独立的形态,是由中国人正式确立的。本文主要讨论了大学科技园在中国设立的三个原因、功能定位和发展战略,提出了大学科技园"三重两级孵化体系"的定位,并重点结合清华科技园的探索与实践,论述了大学科技园的"辐射战略"、"支撑平台战略"和"国际化战略"的内含和一些操作思路与方法。University Science Park is one independent unit of Science Park defined by Chinese specialists. This paper discusses three causes to build it in china, its functions and development strategies, orienting a Threelayertwodegree Incubating System; it articulates, combined with experience and achievements of Tsinghua Science Park, its three strategies: Reaching Out Strategy, Platform Strategy and International Strategy; it proposes the operating methods and ideas as well. 
