摘　　要：目的　研究蛇床子素在兔体内的药物代谢动力学。方法　用高效液相色谱法 ,以丹皮酚为内标 ,以甲醇 水 ( 80∶2 0 )为流动相 ,测定兔血液中蛇床子素 (iv,10mg·kg- 1 )的含量。采用 3P87程序计算药物代谢动力学参数。结果　蛇床子素iv药代动力学符合二房室开放模型 ,T1 2 α =5 81min ,T1 2 β =4 2 2min ,K2 1 =0 0 36 0·min- 1 ,K1 2 =0 0 4 5 0·min- 1 ,K1 0 =0 0 5 4 0·min- 1 ,AUC =2 35mg·min·L- 1 ,CLs=0 0 4 30L·min- 1 ·kg- 1 ,Vc=0 780L·kg- 1 。Aim To investigate the pharmacokinetics of osthole in rabbits and obtain the main pharmacokinetic parameters. Methods A simple high performance 1iquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed to study the pharmacokinetics of osthole in rabbits by joining an internal standard (paeonal).
