兴安升麻地上部分化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的　从中药兴安升麻 (CimicifugadahuricaThurezMaxim)的地上部分寻找新的生物活性物质。方法　利用各种色谱技术进行纯化 ,根据理化性质和多种波谱分析 (IR ,FABMS ,1 HNMR ,1 3 CNMR ,1 H 1 HCOSY ,HMQC ,HMBC ,NOESY)进行结构鉴定。结果　得到两个环菠萝密烷型三萜皂苷 ,兴安升麻苷C(cimidahusideC ,1 )和兴安升麻苷D(cimidahusideD ,2 )。结论　化合物 1 。Aim To seek for new bioactive constituents from the aerial parts of Cimicifuga dahurica. Methods Various column chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purification of the ingredients. The structures were elucidated on the basis of 1H, 13 CNMR, 1H 1H COSY, HMQC, NOESY and HMBC spectra and chemical reactions.
