摘　　要：线辣椒为陕西省的传统名优特品种。也是唯一能在全国起拳头的出口创汇产品。因其具有“果色鲜红和品佳味香”的特点。Hot pepper variety Shanjiao 2001, which is bred with Xianjiao 8819,a wire -like variety for drying pepper production cultivated wide in Shanxi Province × Heihongjiao,a natural mutant followed by pedegree selection, has high and stable yield and good fruit quality , and is resistant to diseases and stresses, and especially, it contains high biological calciam content to 140. 9 μg/g.
