泸定百合普洱居群遗传与变异研究

摘　　要：从居群生物学的角度出发,对泸定百合普洱居群在形态、染色体和分子3个层次的遗传与变异进行了调查研究,统计近20个性状,其结果为:①形态性状在居群内具有丰富的多态性.营养性状的变异大于生殖性状;②泸定百合核型变异在居群内的差异不大.普洱居群核型公式为2n=24=4m(2SAT)+8st(4SAT)+12t.染色体变异主要以个体和细胞间的结构变异为主;③泸定百合普洱居群RAPD分析结果显示出较高的遗传变异水平,5个RAPD引物的多态条带比率(PPB)平均为56.4%.In the present paper,the genetic variation and diversity of Puer population in Lilium sargentitiae Wilson were studied based on the investigation of population biology.The investigations were carried out in the methods of morphology, karyotype and Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis.More than 20 morphological characters were observed.The results are as follows:①The morphlogical characters observed have rich polymorphism in population.The genetic variation of nutrition characters are larger than...
