摘　　要：细胞的生长速度和次生代谢产物合成能力是能否实现植物细胞培养工业化生产的先决条件.本文从外植体选择、高产细胞系筛选、物理因子、化学因子的调控及培养方法等5个方面论述了植物细胞培养中提高次生代谢产物的方法.The cell growth rate and the producing ability of secondary metabolites are the first important factors in plant cell culture.Five ways to improve the secondary metabolites are summarized and discussed in this paper.These include choosing explants,screening high production cell lines,regulating physics and chemistry factors and improving on culture technology.
