热带植物花卉红掌叶腐病病原菌的分离与初步鉴定

摘　　要：用PDA和肉汤蛋白胨琼脂培养基平板,从云南省西双版纳红掌叶腐病病灶上分离到6株形态不同的细菌,经初步鉴定,其中5株分别属于伯克霍尔德氏菌属(Burkholderia),假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),黄单胞菌属(Xanthomonas),棒杆菌属(Corynebacterium),另外1株其属分类地位还不确定.Through enrichment and serias streak on PDA and Nutrient Agar medium, six potential plant pathogenic bacteria strains were isolated from Anthurium s blighted leaf.On the basis of the morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,five of these six strains could be included in the genus Burkholderia,Pseudomonas,Xanthomonas and Corynebacterium.The other one could not be put in any genus exactly.
