摘　　要：介绍了板料冲裁加工的工艺特点,分析了冲模失效的原因,并提出提高冲裁件质量和模具寿命的工艺措施。This paper introduces machining technology characteristics that the plate is machined in the stamping. Lose efficacy reasons of the forming die are analyzed. Some technological measures are brought forward to improve the forming die life and the quality of stamping.
