摘　　要：探讨了自行开发设计生产的ZW606高速卷绕头在55dtex/24fFDY生产中的应用,并找出了适合此品种的纺丝工艺,还得到侧吹风湿度是产生飘单丝的主要原因、卷绕绕丝不经过分丝辊有利于操作等结论。The discussion was made on the production of 55 dtex/24f polyester FDY with self-designed ZW606 type high speed winder. It was pointed out that the R.H. of cross air blow was very important for spinning. And it was favorable to operation and reduction of yarn breaking with filament flyover the separate roll.
