参麦活血饮对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变防治作用的病理形态学观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨参麦活血饮对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的防治作用。方法:对链脲佐菌素(streptozo-tocin,STZ)诱导的糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠早期给予中药复方参麦活血饮灌胃,4周后测定坐骨神经传导速度,电镜下观察坐骨神经形态结构的改变。结果:参麦活血饮治疗后,糖尿病大鼠神经传导速度增快,H 反射加快;大鼠坐骨神经的轴突、髓鞘的病变有所修复。结论:参麦活血饮对糖尿病大鼠周围神经损害有一定的防治作用。Objective:To explore the prevention of Shenmai Huoxue Yin (SHY) to peripheral neuropathy of diabetic rats.Methods:SHY (a TCM compound) was perfused by gastrogavage to streptozocotin (STZ) induced peripheral neuropathy of diabetic rats in early stage.Four weeks later the transmission speed of the sciatic nerve was measured.The morphological structure of the sciatic nerve was observed under electron microscope.Results:After SHY treatment,the transmission speed of the diabetic rats was found accelerated, H ref...
