大黄■虫丸对大鼠肾间质纤维化及TGF-β_1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨大黄虫丸对腺嘌呤所致人鼠肾间质纤维化及TGF-β_1表达的影响。方法:用腺嘌呤造模,成功后随机分为模型组、中药组和西药组,另设正常组对照。两治疗组分别以大黄虫丸、氯沙坦治疗,检测治疗第3周、6周血肌酐、尿素氮,肾脏过碘酸雪夫(PAS)、Masson染色检测肾间质纤维化程度,利用免疫组化和原位杂交法观察肾脏TGF-β_1,蛋白和TGF-β_1 mRNA 的表达。结果:与模型组比较,中药组、西药组均能改善肾功能,明显减轻间质纤维化程度,同时TGF-β_1蛋白和mRNA 表达下调。中药组作用优于西药组。结论:大黄虫丸可通过下调TGF-β_1表达的作用,改善大鼠肾间质纤维化程度。Objective:To explore the effect of Dahuang Zhechong Pill (DZP) on kidney interstitial fibrosis and TGF-β_1 expression of rats.
