摘　　要：目的:探讨中药猪苓多糖(PPS)对膀胱癌 T24细胞的作用。方法:应用细胞计数形态学观察和流式细胞分析技术观察 PPS 对 T24细胞形态、细胞增殖、凋亡及细胞周期的影响。结果:PPS 组细胞数量减少,细胞形态改变,较多细胞伸出伪足。PPS 组凋亡细胞与对照组比较差异无显著性,但细胞周期分布中 S期细胞增加,G_2期细胞减少。结论:PPS 有抑制 T24细胞增殖作用,可能是通过阻止 T24细胞由 S 期进入G_2期所致。Objective:To study the effect of polyporus polysaccharide (PPS) on human urinary bladder carcinoma cell line T24.Methods: The effect of PPS on morphology,proliferation,apoptosis and cycle of T24 cells were observed by cell counting,morphological obser vation and flow cytometry.Results:Number of cells in the PPS group decreased with morphological changes and projected pseudopod in many of them,the apoptosis cell was not significantly different as compared with that in the control group,but showed increase of...
