生血丸1号对免疫介导的再生障碍性贫血小鼠骨髓增殖及细胞周期蛋白D_3表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨生血丸1号(简称生血丸)对免疫介导的再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)小鼠骨髓增殖及细胞周期蛋白 D_3(Cyclin D_3)表达的影响。方法:建立免疫介导的再障模型,胃饲生血丸1号水提液,每次0.1ml/10g 体重,每天2次,连续9天,并以康力隆为对照。第10天处死动物,采用流式细胞仪检测小鼠骨髓有核细胞(BMNC)G_0/G_1期百分率,免疫组织化学超敏 S-AP 法检测股骨中段骨髓 Cyclin D_3表达水平。结果:生血丸组 G_0/G_1期细胞百分率较再障模型组显著降低(P<0.05),而 Cyclin D_3表达水平明显高于再障模型组(P<0.01),两项指标之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.8219,P<0.05)。结论:生血丸1号能提高免疫介导的再障小鼠骨髓 Cyclin D_3的表达水平,从而促进造血细胞由 G_0/G_1期进入增殖期。Objective:To study the influence of Shengxue Pill No.1 (SX1) on bone marrow proliferation and Cyclin D_3 expression in im- mune induced aplastic anemia (AA) mice.Methods:The established model of AA were divided into 2 groups,the treated group and the control group.The former was treated by water extract of SX10.1 ml/10 g body weight,medicated with gastrogavage,twice a day for 9 successive days,and the control group was treated with Kanglilong.Animals were killed on the 10th day,the G_0/G_1 per- centage of b...
