甘利欣治疗慢性乙肝的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察甘利欣(甘草酸二铵)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法 将140例慢性乙肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用甘利欣150mg每日1次静滴,并给予常规保肝药物和维生素治疗;对照组采用除甘利欣外的其余治疗,疗程均为30天。结果 治疗组有效率为85.7％,对照组有效率为55.7％,差异有显著(P<0.05)治疗后肝功能指标与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 甘利欣治疗慢性乙肝可改善症状,促进肝功能恢复,疗效确切且安全。Purpose Observing the curative effects of 甘利欣(Glycyrrhizate diammonium) for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 140 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group. The therapeutic group was given intravenous drip of 150mg 甘利欣 meanwhile, regular liver-protective drugs and Vitamins were also provided to the group.
