摘　　要：通过在彭州市国家级无公害蔬菜基地开展无公害萝卜生产田间肥料试验研究,结果表明,萝卜的硝酸盐含量随氮肥用量的增加而增加,随钾肥用量的增加而降低;叶片中的硝酸盐含量远高于块根,莲座期萝卜的硝酸盐含量远高于成熟期;在水-旱轮作条件中下种植的萝卜,成熟期所有处理的萝卜的硝酸盐含量都低于无公害蔬菜的限量标准。萝卜的产量随氮、钾肥用量的增加而显著增加,最佳处理为N150P90K180。该研究结果为四川省根菜类蔬菜的无公害生产提供了科学依据与施肥技术。Turnip is one of the major vegetables in the Chengdu Plain. However, the nitrate content in this vegetable tends to surpass the mandatory limit for food safety. In order to produce non-contaminating turnip in Sichuan province, field experiments were conducted to examine the solutions in the national vegetable base-Pengzhou County.
