摘  要:介绍了用农用硝酸钾提纯制取工业硝酸钾的工艺原理与工艺流程,进行了相关工艺计算,将计算值与实际生产数据进行了对比。结果表明,每制取1 t工业级硝酸钾,消耗工艺水402 kg、农用硝酸钾1205 kg、蒸汽811 kg。该结果与实际生产数据基本相符。Process principle and process How were introduced for making industrial potassium nitrate by means of purifying agricultural potassium nitrate, relative process computation was made, comparison of computation values was made with practical production data, the result indicates that process water 402 kg, agricultural potassium nitrate 1 205 kg and steam 811 kg were consumed for producing one ton of industrial grade potassium nitrate. This result is basically coincident with practical production data.
