低易损性硝基胍炸药的爆炸安全性能研究

摘　　要：通过实验,测定了硝基胍为基的混合炸药的冲击感度、摩擦感度和爆轰感度。分析了硝基胍的晶形、颗粒度、装药密度、装药直径等对其爆轰感度的影响原因。认为β晶形的硝基胍从能量安全性能比和爆炸安全性能两个方面都很适宜于作为低易损性炸药的组份。Through experiment,the sensitiveness to impact,friction and detonation are measured for the mixed explosive of nitroguanidine.The effects of nitroguanidine s crystal,granule size.charge density,charge diameter etc upon the sensitiveness to detonation are tested;It is proved that the nitrogunaidine of β crystal is suitable very well as a component of low vulnerability explosive either from the ratio of energy to safety or from the performance of security.
