微波消解法测定发铅含量的研究

摘　　要：采用微波消解法消解头发,以石墨炉原子吸收法[1],测定头发中的铅,优化了石墨炉工作条件,讨论了样品消解方法和微波消解用酸的选择,并与传统湿法消解进行比较,克服了传统方法的缺点。实验表明:此方法消解完全,快速方便,消耗试剂量少,具有较好的精密度和较高的回收率。Digest the hair with the microwave, Detect Lead in hair by furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. optimized working condition of the graphite stove, discusses the methods and acid-used choice of the microwave dispels,and to compare the traditional wet digestion ,have overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods. the experiment shows:Completely remove this method, fast and convenient,low consumption of reagents,with better precision and a high recovery rate .
