额颞部重型颅脑损伤手术治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨额颞部重型颅脑损伤的手术治疗。方法:对144例额颞部重型颅脑损伤患者采用扩大翼点标准大骨瓣剖颅、彻底内外减压、颞肌筋膜、硬脑膜成形术及急性脑膨出处理。结果:本组成活102例,死亡42例,GOS评分:良好74例,中度17例,重度6例,植物生存5例。结论:扩大翼点标准大骨瓣剖颅及彻底内外减压,颅腔容积扩大满意,减压充分,止血彻底。硬膜成形术可降低并发症,改善患者预后。Objective:To investigate the operative treatments for patients with severe craniocerebral injury in frontotemporal area.Methods:One hundred and forty-four patients with severe craniocerebral injury in frontotemporal area underwent standard craniotomy with big bone flap extended to pterion,thorough internal and external decompressions,plastic operations of temporal fascia and dura mater,and treatment of acute encephalocele.Results:Of the 144 cases,102 survivals and 42 deaths occurred.in 74 survivors the GOS ...
