摘　　要：目的:探讨早期使用轻度低温治疗中、重型弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)患者的疗效。方法:对我科收治的54例中、重型弥漫性轴索损伤患者,早期使用冰毯机降温至轻度低温(35~35.5℃)脑保护,加用冬眠I号等药物配合治疗,但不使用呼吸机和肌松剂。结果:34例存活,20例死亡。存活患者中恢复良好22例,重残12例。结论:该方法适合于基层医院或条件相对不足的医疗单位,仍然可取得良好疗效。Objective:To investigate the effect of mild hypothermia on the patients with moderate or severe diffuse axonal injury(DAI) in the acute stage of injury.Methods:54patients with moderate or severe diffuse axonal injury caused by head trauma,whose rectus temperature were maintained at 35～35.5 degrees C,were treated with cooling blanket and hibernation drugs but without breathing apparatus and muscle relaxants.Results:of 34 survivors,good recovery,22patients;severe disability,12patients;death 20 patients.Conclu...
