摘　　要：目的:探讨四肢骨折不愈合的原因及其治疗方式。方法:2002年7月至2006年6月,共收治病员19例,男性16例、女性3例,年龄6岁~60岁,19例均行切开复位,内固定,植骨融合,(邻近关节术中松解)。结果:19例中有14例患者得到随访,随访时间均在接受手术后半年以上,骨折愈合13例,患者的肢体及关节功能有不同程度的改善,未出现新的的功能障碍。结论:坚强内固定的原则对于骨矫形重建仍然非常有效。Objective:To study the causes and therapeutic method of nonunion in the extremities fractures.Methods:Ninteen cases of nonunion in the extremity fractures were treated by open reduction,internal fixation and bone-grafting(joint lysis were operated in the adjacent joints).Results:Fourteen cases of all patients(19 cases)have been followed more than 6 months.Amone these patients,13 cases obtained satisfactory bone-union without any dysfunction.Conclusion:Strong internal fixation was still effective to bone ort...
