摘　　要：目的:探讨侧前方减压、双钉-棒内固定在治疗多节段胸腰椎爆裂骨折中的临床效果。方法:2006年10月~2008年4月应用胸腰椎前路技术,行椎体侧前方减压、XIA双钉-棒内固定治疗多节段胸腰椎爆裂骨折14例。结果:随访3~18个月,疗效满意,内固定可靠,植骨愈合,无断钉、断棒等并发症。结论:侧前方减压可靠有效,前路XIA双钉-棒内固定固定系统能早期重建脊柱的稳定性,在治疗多节段胸腰椎爆裂骨折中具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To discuss the efficacy of lateral-anterior decompression and grafting and double nail-stick internal fixation for mutil-segment thoraco-lumbar burst fractures.Methods:From October 2006 to April 2008,14 cases of mutil-segment thoraco-lumbar burst fractures were treated by anterior fixation techniques with double nail-stick.Results:14 cases were followed up from 3-18 months and the results of treatment were clinically satisfactory.There was no nial or stick break off,and the internal fixation was s...
