HBV前C区变异与临床

摘　　要：目的:研究慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV前C区变异与临床特点。方法:采用msPCR检测302例HBV-DNA阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBVpreC1896变异。结果:302例HBV-DNA阳性的慢性乙型肝炎患者HBVpreC1896变异株检出率以抗HBe(+)组为最高。结论:HBeAg的消失并不一定代表病毒复制的静息或病情的好转。如果患者HBeAg消失而病情反复波动甚至加重,应考虑HBV发生变异的可能。Objective:To study the relationship between the HBV pre-c mutant and the clinical feature.Methods:Mutation specific PCR(msPCR) was employed for detecting pre-c mutant in 302 cases with HBV-DNA positive.Results:302 cases with HBV-DNA positive had detected variant of HBVpreC1896 in anti-HBe(+) serum,especially in anti-Hbe(+) group.Conclusion:Disappear of HbeAg was not improve of pathogenetic condition and rest of virus replication.
