摘　　要：本文在汲取汶川地震城乡房屋和基础设施破坏严重、救灾极其困难等经验教训的基础上,有针对性地探讨了在城乡规划和建设过程中增强其抗震能力的若干问题,以期提高城乡整体抗震减灾水平。In Wenchuan earthquake,a lot of buildings and infrastructures are severely damaged and earthquake relief is also extremely difficult,etc.Based on these experiences and lessons,some suggestions in boosting up the ability of earthquake disaster prevention in the urban and rural planning and construction in order to improve the urban and rural level of seismic disaster reduction are discussed in this paper.
