经皮局部注射免疫抑制剂治疗Graves病TRAb水平的影响及疗效的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺局部注射免疫抑制剂地塞米松、环磷酰胺治疗Graves病的疗效。方法采用随机单盲法,将286例Graves病的患者分为A、B两组。A组在常规应用抗甲状腺药物的基础上,加用局部注射免疫抑制剂;B组单纯应用常规抗甲状腺药物治疗。两组进行疗效比较。结果免疫抑制剂药物局部治疗组甲状腺重量明显缩小,甲状腺功能恢复正常时间缩短,TRAb转阴率提高,有明显差异,P<0.05,治愈率显著提高P<0.01.结论免疫抑制剂联合用于甲状腺局部注射治疗Graves病疗效肯定,且安全可靠。是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of localized intrathroid injection of dexamethasone (DEX),cyclophos phamide (CTX)in trentment of Graves disease .
