摘　　要：目的了解我院医院下呼吸道感染的易感因素,采取有效控制措施,降低下呼吸道感染率。方法采用前瞻性和回顾性的方法,对我院2006年1月～2006年12月出院患者中发生医院下呼吸道感染的107例患者进行了易感因素调查分析。结果医院下呼吸道感染发病率为1.25%,构成比为31.29%。结论控制易感因素,预防医院下呼吸道感染。Objective To identify the risk factors involved in Hospital lower respiratory tract infection (HLRTI), and explore preventive approaches to reduce the rate of infection. Methods A prospective and retrospective study was performed on 107 episodes of lower respiratory tract infection in patients discharged from our hospital over a 12 month period (Jan 2006 to December 2006).
