摘　　要：医院发展,科研先行。现代医学科技的突飞猛进,对医院科研管理工作提出了新的要求。在分析当前医院科研管理机制中存在问题的基础上,论述了如何加强组织运行机制、人才培养机制、协调服务机制的创新问题。Medical scientific research is primary productive force of hospital development.The rapid advancing of modern medical science and technology require more for management in hospital. It analyses the problems existing in the hospital’s research management,and explicates how to strengthen and blaze new trails in research management from the three aspects of organizational running mechanism,talents training mechanism and coordinative service mechanism.
