用科学发展观指导综合性医院发展的探讨

摘　　要：概括了改革开放30年来我国综合性医院发展的主要成绩,分析了目前遇到的主要矛盾和突出问题,指出必须深刻认识综合性医院本身性质特点、所处地位和发展方向,用科学发展观指导解决发展中的问题,探讨提出了综合性医院科学发展的一些重要要素。In this paper We summarized the main achievements of general hospital development during the 30-year reform and analyzed its current principal contradiction and main problems.Our findings suggest that we should further recognize the characters,status,and orientation of general hospitals and implement the scientific view to handle the possibl problems which are encountered in the hospital development,as well as approaching some essential factors related to the scientific development.
