摘　　要：目的了解抗菌药物在传染病专科医院使用的状况,为合理使用抗箘药物提供科学指导依据。方法在2006年9月～2007年6月对1401例住院患者进行抗菌药物使用调查分析。结果1401例患者中使用抗菌药物638例,使用率45.53%;其中单用一种抗菌药物患者占64.73,二联用药29.62%,三联用药5.51%;预防用药占28.6%,治疗用药71.4%,不合理使用主要表现为适应症过宽、疗程长、频繁更换等。结论抗菌药物使用不合理,需要加强抗菌药物临床使用的管理。Objective To investigate and analyze the antibiotic usage in infectious disease hospital, and offer scientific rule for antibiotic usage. Methods The retrospective investigation of antibiotics usage in 1401 inpatients from Sep 2006 to Jun 2007 was carried out. Results From 1401 patients, 638 patients used antibiotics percentage of antibiotic usage was 45.53%; 64.8% patients used once antibiotic, 29.7% patients used twice, 5.51% used triple.
