摘　　要：目的探讨微创经皮肾镜下肾盂肾盏成形治疗肾盂肾盏狭窄闭锁的可行性及疗效。方法18例由于开放手术引起及非医源性肾盂肾盏狭窄闭锁,采用C臂X线机引导微创经皮肾镜下穿刺扩张配合电刀切开肾盂肾盏狭窄闭锁,建立通道留置D-J管做肾盂肾盏成形。结果18例均获成功,患者术后经肾造瘘管造影及静脉肾盂造影显示通畅,肾功能经治疗后均不同程度的恢复,均未发生并发症。结论微创经皮肾镜下肾盂肾盏成形治疗肾盂肾盏狭窄闭锁效果好,并发症少,手术创伤小。[Objective] To discuss feasibility and efficacy of figuration of renal pelvis and renal calices for treatment of stricture or atresia of renal pelvis and renal calices by minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope.
