摘　　要：目的探讨不同冠心病患者妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)的水平及临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法分别检测88例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组、41例稳定型心绞痛(SA)组和31例对照组的血清PAPP-A水平,观察冠心病患者的冠状动脉病变支数,并比较各组间的差异。结果ACS组血清PAPP-A水平明显高于对照组及SA组(均P<0.01);冠状动脉多支病变组的血清PAPP-A水平高于单支病变组。结论PAPP-A是与ACS动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定性相关的血清学指标。Objective To investigate the level and predictive value of pregnancy-associated plasma protein A(PAPP-A)in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The serum levels of PAPP-A in 88 cases with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),41 cases with stable angina pectoris(SA)and 31 cases of normal healthy controls were determined by ELISA.The number of vessels with coronary artery disease were detected and compared among all groups.Results Serum levels of PAPP-A were significantly higher in ACS group than that in SA g...
