执行抗结核药品管理标准手册试点效果初步分析

摘　　要：目的初步分析试点区县执行《抗结核药品管理标准操作手册》(《SOP手册》)的效果。方法对比分析27个试点区县执行《SOP手册》前(2007年1季度)与执行半年后(2007年4季度)药品缺货时间百分比、库存可使用时间(月)、有库存百分比情况。结果执行前后药品缺货时间百分比、有库存百分比相同。HRZE、HR、注射用水、注射器可使用时间在1~5个月合理使用时间范围内的区县数分别由执行前的19(67.9%)、18(64.3%)、16(57.1%)、17(60.7%)提高到执行后的23(85.2%)、21(77.8%)、21(77.8%)、20(74.1%)。结论经过半年试点,试点区县药品库存可使用时间控制更趋合理;但仍有少数区县的库存控制工作存在问题。建议今后在推广《SOP手册》时,加强培训和督导,以全面提高药品管理工作水平。Objective To analyze the effect of implementing the Manual of Standard Operating Procedures for Tuberculosis Drug Administration(SOP Manual) in 27 pilot counties.
