摘　　要：目的监测结核分枝杆菌的耐药情况,获得初始耐药、获得性耐药及耐多药资料,评价新疆维吾尔自治区的结核病控制工作。方法采用整群抽样方法,在全区抽取30个县(市)作为监测点,对调查期间新登记的涂阳病人、以及根据入选标准纳入的复治涂阳病例进行痰分离培养。结果入选病例1 083例,总耐药率为26.4%(286/1 083),初始耐药率25.9%(251/969),获得性耐药率30.7%(35/114),耐多药率为4.6%(50/1 083)。结论新疆维吾尔自治区的结核分枝杆菌的耐药率依然较高,结核病控制工作不容忽视。Objectives To evaluate the magnitude and pattern of drug resistant tuberculosis in Xinjiang,and to assess TB control performance in the region. Methods Thirty clusters were randomly selected with cluster sampling method.According to case enroll criteria,all the new smear positive cases and retreated smear positive cases during the survey period were involved and their sputum were collected for culture.
