摘　　要：为适应信息化时代对高校档案管理者的思想素质和服务观念、业务知识和外语水平、情报意识和信息处理能力提出的新要求,档案管理者要不断创新方法,自觉终身学习,以提升自身素质,适应形势需要;高校要加强继续教育,建立评价体系,以提高工作效率,规范档案管理。To meet the demand of ideology,operation knowledge,foreign language ability,information consciousness,and the ability to process information in the age of information,the file clerks in institutions of higher learning should constantly refresh their methods,set up the idea of life-long study,and improve their quality.On the other hand,the institutions should establish an evaluation system to enhance working efficiency and regularize file management.
