摘　　要：通过对陕北沙区林业资源保护与可持续发展的现状、有利因素和不利因素的分析,阐述了沙区林业资源对经济社会发展,特别是能源工业发展的特殊性和重要性,提出了林业可持续发展的基本思路,指出实现区域林业可持续发展的主要对策:加强沙地林业资源保护,夯实发展基础;重点进行大面积造林育林和林业生态工程建设;提高林地质量和生产力水平;实现林业产业化经营,增强林业自身持续发展活力;科学治沙,把沙地林业发展成知识密集型的产业和事业;深化林业产权制度改革,发展乡村林业;实行森林生态产品的价值补偿。By analyzing actuality,advantage and disadvantage of protection and sustainable development of forestry resources in northern Shaanxi sandy land,particularity and significance of forestry resources to socioeconomic and energy industry development,and basic thoughts and primary measures were put forward for forest sustainable development,to enforce protection of forestry resources in sandy land to consolidate developing basis,to implement massively afforestation and ecological engineering constructing,to imp...
