摘　　要：在分析宁夏三北防护林工程建设现状的基础上,对宁夏三北防护林工程所取得的生态、经济和社会效益作了评价,总结了宁夏三北防护林体系工程建设经验,对于工程建设中存在的问题进行讨论。根据新时期工程建设规划,结合宁夏自身的自然环境与经济状况,为确保宁夏三北工程圆满完成和协调发展,在工程建设、资金管理、行政管理方面提出了的一系列建议与措施。The ecological,economic and social benefits of the Three-North Shelterbelt Project in Ningxia Autonomous Region were evaluated on the basis of systemic investigation and research.The experiences of the construction for Three-North Shelterbelt Project in Ningxia were also summarized.In order to ensure the project fulfilled successfully,a series of suggestions and measurements such as construction,capital management and administration,which were coordinated with the science and technology advance and the proj...
