舒适护理在四肢骨折术后功能锻炼中的应用

摘　　要：目的将舒适护理模式应用于四肢骨折患者术后功能锻炼,提高患者对功能锻炼的耐受力。方法将2006年1月-2007年12月在我科住院的上、下肢骨折术后患者共78例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例。2组均在CPM上进行功能锻炼,其中对照组在进行CPM功能锻炼前不采用任何干预措施,治疗组在进行CPM功能锻炼前先采用多源频谱仪或热水袋热敷患处15min～20min后再进行CPM功能锻炼。结果在CPM功能锻炼前让患者热敷或采用多源频谱仪照射患肢后,能让患者更舒适、更有效地进行功能锻炼。治疗组在治疗前后关节活动度及关节功能评分比较,其结果明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论将舒适护理应用于四肢骨折术后功能锻炼,患者感觉舒适,同时锻炼效果大大提高。Objective To improve durability of limbs fracture patients had been operated on function exercises,comfortable nursing of models had been applied for them.Methods There were 78 patients with limbs fracture in my hospital from 2006.1 to 2007.12.the 78 patients with limbs fracture were randomly divided into two groups(Group A.39 cases;Group B.39 cases).Two groups exercised with CPM.
