降糖保肾汤对实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖及胆固醇水平的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨降糖保肾汤对糖尿病大鼠血糖及血清胆固醇水平的影响.[方法]采用单次腹腔注射链脲佐菌素的方法制作大鼠糖尿病模型,灌胃给予糖尿病大鼠降糖保肾汤30 mL/kg,连续给药12周,心脏采血,检测大鼠血糖及血清胆固醇水平.[结果]降糖保肾汤明显降低糖尿病大鼠血糖及血清胆固醇水平.[结论]降糖保肾汤对糖尿病大鼠的糖、脂代谢具有一定的调节作用.OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Jiang tang bao shen decoction(JTBSD) on blood glucose and total cholesterol in experimental diabetic rats.METHODSThe experimental model of diabetic rats were established by injecting intraperitoneally streptozotocin.Levels of blood glucose and total cholesterol from chambers heart blood were measured after intragastric administration with the JTBSD 30mL/kg for 12 weeks.RESULTSThe JTBSD was decreased the levels of blood glucose and total cholesterol in diabetic rats induced ...
