摘　　要：从作品标题保护的现实案例出发,阐述了作品标题的概念与特征。对于作品标题,我国法律并没有作出明确规定,而在国外,有的采用著作权保护,有的采用反不正当竞争法予以保护,有的则用商标法予以保护。在此基础上,笔者对我国的作品标题保护制度的完善作了初步探讨。Starting from the realistic situation in protecting the titles of works,this paper illustrates the definition and characteristics of the titles of works.So far in our country,no clear law is applied to the protection of the titles of works;however,they are protected either by the law of copyright,or by the law on combating unfair competition,or by the law of trademark abroad.Based on this,the writer probes into how to perfect the systems so as to protect the titles of works in our country.
