摘　　要：介绍了一种基于耦合带线超宽带耦合器的分析与设计。实际设计的超宽带3dB耦合器在1.2~4.2GHz相对带宽110%的频带内,插入损耗小于0.5dB,带内波纹大于-0.25dB小于+0.35dB,端口隔离大于17dB,端口驻波小于1.3。In this paper,the analysis and design of an ultra-broadband coupler based on coupling stripline is introduced.In the frequency range of 1.2~4.2GHz and within the relatively bandwidth 110%,the results of the design are: loss < 0.5dB;-0.25dB < ripple < +0.35;isolation > 17dB;VSWR <1.3.
