深静脉血栓形成和复发患者同型半胱氨酸及血液流变学指标的检测

摘　　要：目的初步探讨深静脉血栓(DVT)形成和复发患者同型半胱氨酸及血液流变学指标的变化。方法对56例DVT患者,其中初发组和复发组各28例检测同型半胱氨酸及血液流变学指标。结果初发和复发DVT患者同型半胱氨酸水平及血沉、血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原与健康对照组相比显著增高。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症及血液流变学指标的变化可能是深静脉血栓形成和复发的致病因素。可将同型半胱氨酸及血液流变学指标作为监测病程、判断预后、指导用药的重要指标。Objective To study the changes of homocysteine and hemorheological parameters in patients of formation and recurrence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT).Method To determine homocysteine and hemorheological parameters in fifty cases with DVT,which were devided equally into two groups as primary and recurrent.Result Compared with the normal control,level of homocysteine,ESR,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity, HCT,fibrinogen evidently went up.Conclusion High concentration homocysteine in blood and the change o...
