摘　　要：目的掌握陕西省结核病防治状况,制定结核病可持续控制与发展策略。方法现场调研与实验室分析相结合,拟订和实施结核病控制措施。结果通过政府干预、引进项目、加强管理、实施规划等4年实践,全省以县、区、乡为单位,现代结核病控制策略(DOTS)覆盖率达到100%;发现活动性肺结核病人81 122例,其中痰结核菌阳性病人37 475例(其中新涂阳病人25 134例),病人发现率超过70%的目标;免费治疗痰检结核菌阳性肺结核病人37 475例,治疗满2个月痰菌阴转率87.8%,痰菌阳性肺结核病人20 140例被治愈,治愈率85.0%。结论推行行政保证、强化技术管理、引进项目支撑、落实经费保障,是实施结核病控制规划和可持续发展的基本策略。Objective To investigate the prevalent situation of prevention and therapy for TB in Shaanxi province,constitute sustainable control and development strategies for TB.Methods With the combination of the field investigation and analysis for TB,the strategies of control for TB were drafted and implemented.
