摘　　要：从小型薄壁精密塑件具有高尺寸精度和表面质量的特点出发,主要从成型零件设计、机构设计、抽芯机构等几个方面对小型薄壁精密壳形塑件注射模具的主要结构进行了探讨.主要提出了这类模具设计时应注意的问题,指出为了满足精密注塑件的高质量要求,可以采用一些比较特殊的模具结构形武.This paper elaborates on the major structure of small thin—wall shell precision injection mold from aspects of molding part design,pushing structure,and drawing mode,etc.In order to meet the high quality requirement,some special structures of the mold are proposed,for instance,exhausting vent, mini-inlet injection,hidden inlet and manual drawing mode.And a further exposition is made with the ear hearing aid hook precision injection mold taken as an example.
